2. General notes on data processing
This photo gallery processes personal data sparingly and only as required for its technical operation. No analytics or tracking tools, no advertising networks and no third-party social media plugins are used. Loading these pages does not establish connections to third-party services. External links (e.g. to the main site timbuening.de) are only activated when you click them.
3. Hosting and server log files
The site runs on our own server infrastructure in Germany — same as the main site timbuening.de. On access, the server automatically collects and stores server log files (IP address, date and time of access, requested page, volume of data transferred, browser type/operating system). Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation); the log files are deleted after a few days and are not merged with other data sources.
4. Cookies and local storage
This gallery sets no cookies and no analytics pixels. The colour scheme (light/dark) setting is stored exclusively locally in your browser (localStorage). No consent banner is necessary — there is nothing to consent to.
5. External fonts and libraries
All fonts, styles and scripts are served from this domain itself. No third-party fonts or libraries (e.g. Google Fonts) are embedded.
6. Image content and EXIF data
The displayed photos are resized server-side before publication; EXIF metadata (e.g. GPS location) is removed or not delivered. Originals are not published by this gallery.
7. Your rights
At any time you have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection (Art. 21). Simply send an e-mail to hello@timbuening.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
8. Data security
Transmission is encrypted via TLS/SSL. Complete protection against attacks cannot be technically guaranteed.
